Financial Requirements and Registration
In order to reserve airline seats, hotel accommodations, and charter bus service a minimum initial deposit of $400.00 per participant is due by August 1, 2019.
Due to the limited space available Symphony Orchestra members have priority tour registration.
Symphony Orchestra tour registration opens June 13, 2019
Academy Orchestra tour registration opens July 1, 2019
Registration closes August 1, 2019
All tour spots are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Please also note that YSKC reserves the right to cap/limit instrumentation needs/numbers.
The initial deposit is applied to your overall tour cost. Should the tour “not make” your deposit will be refunded back to you. Should the tour “make” the initial amount is non-refundable.
After the initial deposit/payment is made all future tour payments will be collected through Cut Time (new Charms). Initial payments cannot be made through Charms or Cut Time. Tour registration and deposit links will be provided.

Jan 10 $3,000.00 50% of tour cost (after 1/10)
Feb 10 $3,500.00 90% of tour cost (after 2/10)
March 10 $3,600.00 100% of tour cost (after 3/10)
