2019-2020 Musician Absence Form

Attendance is expected at all rehearsals and concerts. Please complete this form to report a scheduled absence from a Youth Symphony of Kansas City rehearsal or performance.

You may wish to review the 2019-2020 Musician's Handbook so that you are aware of the impact of musician absence on continued program participation. Please note that all members are allowed a total of four absences from rehearsals during the season. All concerts and performances are required. All and any absences are not excused.
