Greetings and welcome to the 2024-25 year of instrumental music at Grandview Heights High School! The GH Band & Orchestra Boosters provide financial support for all instrumental music programs and annually purchases a t-shirt for each high school instrumentalist. Please fill out the following form to help us keep you informed throughout the upcoming 2024-25 school year.

The GH Band Parents Association provides a t-shirt (known as the "Row Shirt" in Marching Band) for each student in the high school instrumental groups, free of charge. Ideally, GHMB students receive the shirt before Band Camp and use it there, and throughout the school year. Other students will receive their shirt at school next fall. The Grandview Heights instrumental music programs and the GH School District occasionally use photographs, photographic images, names, audio and video recordings of students for general publicity in social media, print, marketing, public relations and advertising. Any parents/guardians of students who do NOT want their students photographed, recorded, or have their names, voices or biographical materials used in connection with any such recording, must complete a Photo Opt-Out Release Form. Unless the Photo Opt-Out Release Form is executed, your student’s image and/or likeness may at any time be captured by still photography, videography, or other photographic or electronic means. The instrumental music program and school district reserve the right to use any such image, photograph, video or the like for any school-related purpose, including but not limited to promoting, publicizing and/or advertising on behalf of the school in print, online or in other media such as signage and/or presentations. This form is for instrumental music activities only and does not cover the yearbook or othere group pictures.This form covers the 2024-25 school year up to the start of the next school year.
