Requests for a leave of absence from an international student can only be approved for compassionate or compelling circumstances as per National Code, Standard 9, with supporting documentary evidence.

International students on an approved Leave of Abence (LOA) are not permitted to remain in Australia for the entire duration of their break. You will be asked for a copy of your flight tickets as part of this application.

Please note that your eCoE ( Confirmation of Enrolment) will be updated to reflect this suspension.
