From 1st January 2023, all higher education students, including international, must have a Unique Student Identifier (USI) to graduate.
The personal details on USI must MATCH your identification document provided to ICMS (passport/birth certificate)
For Domestic students, the personal details must MATCH the information on USI, TFN (Tax File Number) and ATO.
