Warnings & Level 1 are managed by the lecturer using the
Warning & Level 1 student template
for emailing students, ccing the AIC (Jane Wholohan), Program Manager, & SSC Mgr. Levels 2 and 3 are referred to an Academic Integrity Officer by the AIC, who will take over management of the case.

Warning only - minor paraphrasing or incorrect referencing in a 100 level subject /new student / first time offender - no penalty given. Student still to be emailed using template with support links, & to be recorded in Portal.

For all Level 2-3 cases, the Academic Integrity Officer (AIO) arranges an interview with the student in question, viva-style, with the lecturer also in attendance to ask content-related questions.
