All information submitted from the Thoughts to Paper website is considered confidential information. Thoughts to Paper agrees to use the confidential information only for the purpose of providing services requested by you. Thoughts to Paper will limit disclosure of any information you submit to within its own organization to its directors, officers, partners, members, or employees and any third party patent attorneys or patent agents having a need to know and shall not disclose the information to other parties without your prior consent. Thoughts to Paper will have satisfied its obligations if it takes affirmative measures to ensure compliance with these confidentiality obligations by its employees and others who are permitted access to or use the information.
