TABLE RENTALS ARE SOLD OUT!!! ALL VENDORS REGISTERED AFTER 11/19 MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN TABLE!!!!
Participants provide their own tables, and chairs. Electric outlets are available for purchase. Full payment is required. All vendors (Bronze to Gold) are only permitted to bring a plus one. Platinum vendors are permitted to bring plus 2. I have read and fully understand the details as set forth and I agree to abide by all vendor rules and regulations which are part of this contract. I understand no refunds will be given for cancellation of the event due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond the organizers' control. Vendor fee is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. In case the event must be cancelled for reasons out of organizer’s control (i.e. inclement weather as tornadoes and hurricanes, government imposed regulations, Act of God, venue related issues, etc.), event will be rescheduled and the new date will be announced to all registered vendors in the event. In case the organizer must cancel the event with no rescheduled date set, vendor fees will be refunded.  I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Our Dollars Matter LLC, all affiliates, organizations and persons sponsoring, managing or in any way participating in the 2021 Black Biz Fest on the November 26th and 28th, from any loss, claim, penalty or lawsuit in any way arising from my operation or involvement in the event. *
