Notice of Accident Form

In the event of any accident resulting in bodily injury or property damage to the property of the Rio Rancho Public School District (“District”), occurring on District property; or in any way connected with the use of District facilities by the Facilities User, Facilities User shall notify the District in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of the accident.
