Permit: Special fees are provided to youth athletic organizations that wish to use RRPS facilities for practices. Permit applications are $60.50 per season, per location.

Also, if your event is a youth athletic activity in practice or preparation for an organized athletic game; or in competition against another team, club or entity to take place on school district property; you need to complete an additional form. This form, the “Non-scholastic Sport Users Notification” is an electronic agreement which must be signed by you before your reservation is accepted for processing.

Yes, user agrees to provide the required “Certificate of Insurance.” Rio Rancho Public Schools must be named as the additional insured on the policy for the date(s) of use. Email Certificate of Insurance to facuse@rrps.net before the start of your event.
