Use of Facility: All uses of Rio Rancho Public Schools facilities must be approved in advance, no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the first date of use

This Agreement shall be by and between the Board of Education for the Rio Rancho Public School District (“Board” and “District”, respectively), as the owner of the premises described commonly as:

Terms of Agreement. The privilege given to Contractor pursuant to this Agreement is temporary only. This Agreement shall become effective upon execution hereof and shall expire on completion of set-up and tear down of the base-camp, unless amended or sooner terminated pursuant to the terms hereof, or unless otherwise agreed to by the parties. Contractor’s possession of the Property during the License Term shall be exclusive.

User agrees it reviewed and agrees to the terms and conditions of the Facilities Use Rental of School Facilities Agreement and General Guidelines. User represents that it has read and understands the contents of the Agreement and General Guidelines. User further represents and warrants that all information provided by User is true and correct.

Certificate of Insurance acknowledgement *

User agrees to provide the required “Certificate of Insurance.” Rio Rancho Public Schools must be named as the additional insured o the policy for the date(s) of use. Email Certificate of Insurance to facuse@rrps.net before the start of your event.
