RRPS proudly rents out our facilities for large-scale events such as fundraisers, sporting competitions, movie studio location work, tournaments, and other activities involving many participants or attendees. (This form excludes fine arts events). Fees are negotiated on a per-case basis, based on number of participants, specific facilities requested and parking needs, and may include a modest percentage of the gate.

The Community Use portal is closed from June 15th through July 15th, although events may take place during that time with prior approval.

Verification of Agreement acknowledgement *

Yes, user agrees he/she reviewed and agrees to the terms and conditions of the Facilities Use Rental of School Facilities Agreement and General Guidelines. User represents that he/she has read and understands the contents of the Agreement and General Guidelines. User further represents and warrants that all information provided by User is accurate and truthful.

Upon approval of your large scale event you will be able to submit your request via the Community Use portal.

Certificate of Insurance acknowledgement *

Yes, user agrees to provide the required “Certificate of Insurance.” Rio Rancho Public Schools must be named as the additional insured on the policy for the date(s) of use. Email Certificate of Insurance to facuse@rrps.net before the start of your event.

Guarantor of Fees acknowledgment *

Yes, I understand that by submitting this request on behalf of the organization, I personally become the guarantor for fees being paid and for any damages incurred.
