Waiver Request

In June of 2015, the School Board approved a stringent set of criteria for waivers. The organization must meet all three of the criteria to obtain a waiver. Please do not submit a waiver if your organization or event does not meet all three criteria. Waivers are “one use only” and you will need to submit another waiver for any future events.

The Community Use portal is closed from June 15th through July 15th, although events may take place during that time with prior approval.

Waiver Use acknowledgement *

Yes, I agree Waivers are “one use only” and I will need to submit another waiver for any future events. If a waiver request is granted, facility usage must be during RRPS regular operational school day, with no staff requirements needed. I will be responsible for any staff costs even with a waiver.

Certificate of Insurance acknowledgement *

Yes, User agrees to provide the required “Certificate of Insurance.” Rio Rancho Public Schools must be named as the additional insured o the policy for the date(s) of use. Email Certificate of Insurance to facuse@rrps.net before the start of your event.

Guarantor of Fees acknowledgement *

Yes, I understand that by submitting this request on behalf of the organization I personally become the guarantor for fees being paid and for any damages incurred.
