As part of our migration to the Insiders platform we’ve heard and appreciate your feedback that there have been some discrepancies with the number of caps shown on Insiders accounts. We want to make sure your Insider Account is an accurate reflection of your experience and dedication to our National Teams.

Please complete and submit the request form to have missing caps added to your account that you have earned while being an Insider. Matches attended prior to being a U.S. Soccer Insider will not be accounted for.

How to Earn New Caps

You can earn caps automatically through the U.S. Soccer App as long as you have location services enabled. We recommend opening the app at the stadium as this sometimes can expedite the process. If for some reason your caps have not updated 24 hours after the match please select the appropriate match below.

Insiders Rewards points are only applicable for activities starting in 2022. Points will not be retroactively added for caps prior to 2022 however, your cap count will be updated. You can only earn points for caps you earned while having the U.S. Soccer App downloaded. You must also submit this form within 30 DAYS of the match or you may not recevie points.

Matches are grouped by year and listed in REVERSE Chronological order with the most recent match listed first.

At the end of each section you will be prompted to upload verification of attendance. (Proof of purchase, receipt, photo, etc).

As a reminder, the cap tracker is one of the benefits of being a member of the Insiders Program. We are only tracking Caps during your time as a member of the Insider Program (2009-Present).

When will I see this changed on the app?

We appreciate your patience as we review your form and add caps to your account. Given the large number of matches and Insiders,  it may take a few days for your caps to be updated on your account. We will confirm when your account has been completed.
