When reviewing your complaint, we will investigate MCI's archives.
Before submitting a complaint keep in mind, MCI has very extensive Archives.
MCI hold on record numerous items, such as:
● Completed enrolment forms, ● Completed fee-help forms, ● Invoices and Fee-Help CAN letters,
● Withdrawal form submissions, ● emails sent to students, emails recieved from students.
● phonecalls made to students are recorded and as well as phonecalls recieved from students are also recorded.
● eCampus logs are kept which includes logins, time of logins, viewing resources / assessments and submission of assessments.
