Valley United / Star City Soccer Academy Scholarship Application Form

Process: Once this application has been submitted, your child will be penciled in on the Valley United or SCS Academy roster. You might or might not receive an email or phone call to discuss your application. You definitely will receive an email with more details about the season before it starts. However, there could be a trial period for the player of one to two weeks at the beginning of the season to make a final determination.

If a scholarship is awarded, you will pay the remaining balance (if applicable) to Valley AFC. Selection will be based on the following criteria:

- Financial need

- Commitment level of the player / Program fit for the player
