PLEASE NOTE: If you are applying as a composer AND performer, you will also be required to provide an audition recording within the guidelines of fellowship/GCM applicants.

PAYMENT

A non-refundable $70 application fee is required, and can be paid online or by mail.

All applicants can pay online by credit card, or by money order, cashiers check through mail. No personal checks please.

Online payments are processed by PayPal - all major credit cards are accepted. Once your form has been submitted, you will be forwarded to PayPal where you will then enter in your payment information.
