The undersigned, desiring to enter and participate in the East Meets West Mini Meet 2019 or EMWMM2019, does hereby tender his/her application in consideration of acceptance by the East Meets West Mini Meet 2019 committee of this application, and does hereby:

1) Release, indemnify and hold harmless the East Meets West Mini Meet 2019 committee, Minis of the Rockies, event sponsors, their respective staffs, officers, servants, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents against any and all loss, injury or damages to person or property arising out of said event.
2) Release all other participants from any and all liability arising out of said event.
3) Give permission to use any and all information, photographs or video obtained prior to and during the event for publication, promotional, advertising or filming.

The event is rain or shine - NO REFUNDS due to inclement weather.
