Sunday Classes at Carmel Racquet Club

Class Dates: 1/19, 1/26, 2/2, 2/9, 2/16, 2/23, 3/1, 3/8, 3/15, 3/22, 3/29

Location: Carmel Racquet Club - 225 East Carmel Drive, Carmel, IN 46032

Additional Fee for Carmel Racquet Club Classes

All participants that are not members of Carmel Racquet Club who play in the Sunday HCCTA classes at Carmel Racquet Club must pay a $55 fee to Carmel Racquet Club to play in the HCCTA classes. You will pay this fee when you register and HCCTA will then give the fee to Carmel Racquet Club. This is a one-time fee for the Winter 2019/2020 indoor session and will be good for all HCCTA indoor sessions offered at Carmel Racquet Club: Winter 2019 (October to December 2019) and Winter 2020 (January to March 2020). This fee is required by Carmel Racquet Club for non-members to participate in HCCTA's classes at Carmel Racquet Club. This fee is set by Carmel Racquet Club, HCCTA is solely collecting the money for this fee and giving it to Carmel Racquet Club. If you paid the fee for the Oct. to Dec. 2019 session, you do not owe anything. The $55 fee is not a membership to Carmel Racquet Club, the fee solely allows you to play in the HCCTA class you have registered for.

Cancellation/Refund/Transfer Policy
A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be provided only if you cancel two weeks prior to the start date of the program you registered for. This is due to the cost of your registration, the court fees, tennis instructors, and liability insurance that we purchase for you when you register. Registration fee transfers are not allowed. All refunds will be made back to the credit card that was used to purchase your registration fee(s).
