General Information

WHO:
Any Brooks School Elementary student in 3rd and 4th grades.

WHAT:
HCCTA is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization that offers beginning tennis programs to students 10 and under. The program is six hours of basic tennis instruction using short court nets that will be set up in the gymnasium. For more information, please visit hccta.org

Jan. 14, 16, 21, 23 and 28
3:45 pm - 5 pm

WHERE:
Brooks School Elementary gym.

WHY:
HCCTA Schools Tennis is a program that teaches children about good sportsmanship, the essentials of a healthy lifestyle and fun with friends while learning basic tennis skills.

COST:
$50. This includes tennis instruction, water bottle or towel, certificates and equipment supplied by HCCTA. Scholarships are available for students on free/reduced fee lunch programs once a year. Please contact your P.E. teacher for details.

CLOTHES:
Tennis shoes and comfortable clothing should be worn. Students may bring their own racquets; however, racquets will be furnished for those who don’t have them.

CANCELLATION/REFUND/TRANSFER POLICY:
A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be provided only if you cancel two weeks prior to the start date of the program you registered for. This is due to the cost of your registration, the gym fees, tennis instructors, and liability insurance that we purchase for you when you register. Registration fee transfers are not allowed. All refunds will be made back to the credit card that was used to purchase your registration fee(s).

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
Registration is open until the class is full. You may sign up after classes begin, but will be the same price no matter how many total classes attended. Print versions of the registration form are also available and must be given to Georgia Schwoeppe with a signed Liability Waiver form and payment check before classes begin.

*Spots are LIMITED. Program registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
