TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This program is extremely limited if you need to secure specific dates please do so as soon as possible before they are full.
This program will also require you to provide a shooter, if possible. Goalie’s not having access to a shooter will be required to notify the office ahead of time to allow us to find a shooter, based on availability. If you require a high-level shooter, we can find one, but it will cost the goalie $25.
Cancellation policy is as follows: Due to the limited number of students, sessions are Non-Refundable, but Transferable where you can reschedule or use the funds towards your 2023 GITN summer camp. Cancellations must be within 48 hours of the ice session, anything less GITN will do their best to sell their spot to accommodate the student and provide them with alterations for another session or transfer.

No shows will be considered as used in full, due to the limited enrollment process as it will not allow us to replace the student.
For those who chose the 24 pack, you can cancel a session with a minimum of 48 hours to which the funds for your cancelled session will be moved to your 2023 summer camp program.
For those who chose the 12 pack, you can cancel with a minimum of 48 hours and enjoy the option of rescheduling the session, based on availability or have the funds moved to your 2023 summer camp program.
