Student Athlete Scholarship Application

The Staten Island USBC Association is proud to provide opportunities to our youth bowlers to enhance their experience on and off the lanes.
Any Staten Island USBC Association Youth Member is eligible to receive a scholarship providing the applicant meets the following requirements:
- Is a member of a Staten Island USBC Youth Bowling Program and is in good standing for the current year.
- Applicant must currently be enrolled in High School (Grades 9-12) or College.
- Completes this application by the Application Deadline: April 1, 2020.
Up to two awards ($500 each) may be granted at the discretion of the Staten Island USBC Scholarship Committee, per year.  The awards will be presented at the annual Youth Champions Dinner to be held in June 2020.
