FINANCIAL PAYMENT OPTIONS
BIBLE SCHOOL TUITION

STUDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPPLYING THEIR OWN FINANCIAL SUPPORT.
Scholarships are not available from Capernwray Quebec nor from Torchbearers Capernwray Canada.

TAX DEDUCTION
Tuition fees for Capernwray Quebec may be claimed as a charitable donation for tax purposes in Canada. This also applies in some of the U.S. states, although we cannot guarantee that it can be claimed as a charitable donation in every state. Receipts will be issued for tuition fees at the end of the year.

NOTE FOR NON-CANADIAN STUDENTS
Canada Immigration Officers will require proof of financial support at the Port of Entry into Canada and/or when issuing a student visa for non-Canadians.

CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT

One of the reasons students are accepted at Capernwray Quebec for Bible School is that they are mature and committed to growing in the knowledge and love of the Lord Jesus. All guidelines begin with this premise. It is our effort to keep regulations to a minimum and to expect proper behaviour rather than legislating it.

When a group of people live together, there needs to be a clear understanding of practical guidelines in order to function as a body. The following are neither the means nor the end of true spirituality, but are practical guidelines to benefit the whole body of students and staff.

TIME TABLE
-All students are expected to dedicate themselves unreservedly to their studies and study periods and to conform willingly and promptly to the daily timetable.
-Punctuality and co-operation are essential for the smooth running and well-being of Bible School training and personal discipline.
-All students are expected to complete the course subject applied for, beginning on the first day and remaining to the closing date.

APPEARANCE
Please show moderation and modesty at all times, regardless of prevailing fashions in a permissive society.

In order to not distract or detract from each person's desire to study at Capernwray Quebec, no extreme hairstyles or colours will be accepted during one's stay, as well as no facial piercings, nor earrings on males. Immodest clothing will also not be accepted, including ragged/slashed clothing as a style, short shorts or skirts, or low cut tops.

During your time at CQBC, Sundays will be set apart as a special day of the week. Therefore, for all church services, Sunday supper, as well as other special functions and some ministry outreaches, men and ladies are expected to wear semi-formal clothing including collared shirt and ties for the men and dress pants or skirts for the ladies. No types of denim pants are appropriate.

SUBSTANCE ABUSE
Because these are harmful to a student's physical, moral, and spiritual health, the use of tobacco, alcoholic beverages, and illegal drugs will be strictly forbidden. It is expected that students who indulge in these will quit prior to registration and abstain throughout the course. Pubs and bars are considered inappropriate places for Christian fellowship and are out of bounds.

ACCOMMODATION
It is normally necessary to share bedrooms with a number of others in dormitory-style accommodation. Although age is taken into consideration, room assignments are made at the discretion of Capernwray Quebec staff, and generally are not altered once established.
