1. Homebased travel agent (ITA) does not work for Cruise Connect USA as an employeee. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.

2. Cruise Connect USA will pay ITA 60% of the commissionable rate per booking. Commissions are paid within 30 days after sale date.

3. If the ITA chooses to book vacations for others outside his/her household, they may do so.

4. ITA cannot charge additional fees to anyone that books a vacation through the ITA.

5. ITA will be responsible for any and all reservations done under his/her login.

6. ITA will be held responsible for any fraudulent/abuse of the system in which he/she was granted access.

7. If the ITA books a avacation and the customers cannot reactch the ITA, Cruise Connect USA can and will assist the client.

8. Cruise Connect USA can terminate ITA access at anytime with cause and notification.
