Registration for "DBT Simplified" Training for Therapists - Sept, 2022 - Oct, 2022

Thank you for your interest in this training, which will be held on 5 consecutive Friday mornings from 8:00am - 10:00am PST, beginning 9/9/22, then 9/16/22, 9/23/22, 9/30/22 and 10/7/22. All participants will receive materials ahead of time and the training will be held on SecureVideo, a HIPAA protected version of zoom. The training is meant to be interactive with some exercises, so participants can practice some of the skills and share regarding clients. Please complete this form and email back to me at the email address below, at your earliest convenience, as I am keeping the group to only 12 participants. 10 CE's are provided, but you must be on camera for the entire 10 hours in order to receive CE's. Cost for 10 hour training: $350, includes materials emailed to participants.
