Presenters: we prefer PowerPoint slides in 16:9 screen aspect ratio format. However, if you choose to do 4:3 we can still make it work.

IMPORTANT: Speakers should verify all presentations sent were recieved on-site in the slide preview room. Please always bring a copy of your presentation on a memory stick. Files sent after January 10 must be verified on-site.
