Loredo Malcolm is excited to bring back LOcREaDO Dance Program to Melbourne in September 2024 with the NEW Introduction of our Adult Program age 18+. This is a new approach to our program. A fusion of Fosse inspiration and Contemporary with a slight introduction to Theatre. Our main focus this time round is Performance, Stage time, Learning material and building a show with strong performers who can be versatile. We are changing the focus to "Performance and stage where we also educate dancers on "off stage responsibilities" as well.

LOcREaDO has been operating since 2010 under the direction of Loredo Malcolm, Loredo Malcolm has been in the performing arts Industry for 22 years and is still currently performing. Loredo has done 17 Commercial Musical Theatre shows including The Lion King, Hairspray, Wicked, Chicago, Hamilton, Rocky Horror Show, La Cage, and is currently touring with Tina Turner the Musical. Loredo Malcolm has been teaching since 2009 and was also Top 9 in So You Think You Can Dance in 2009. Loredo also owns LOcREaDO Dance Company and as choreographed over 20 works shown across Australia and Asia
This 14 week program is to give dancers not only experience but to also give them something new, to allow them to grow in a different environment. The program is designed to give the dancers an opportunity to learn choreography, as well as working on their individuality within the creative process. It allows them to learn directly from Loredo Malcolm. As the industry is ever changing, we continue to explore change and acknowledge that dance is International and we invite all to audition.
This show speaks for itself we want dancers who are passionate, dedicated, who wants to be versatile in their careers no matter the age, and most importantly wanting to be the best version of themselves.
This will be a Fosse inspired/Contemporary/Theatre show called "LIMITLESS"
LOcREaDO Rules
Attendance: Fees paid for the program are not for each day the dancer attends, the fees paid is for the dancers spot in the program and their costumes. So if a dancer is unable to attend on a particular Sunday fees won't be affected and must still be paid regardless. Please note - we understand that dancers may have personal/family commitments on some Sundays please do let us know in advance if this will be your situation and we will work out a plan. Please don't let that be a deciding factor for you to do the program or not, we always have options.
