If your child needs a racquet you may purchase one when you register. If you purchase a racquet, you will get it on the first day of class.

A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be provided only if you cancel two weeks prior to the start date of the program you registered for. This is due to the cost of your registration, the court fees, tennis instructors, and liability insurance that we purchase for you when you register. Registration fee transfers are not allowed. All refunds will be made back to the credit card that was used to purchase your registration fee(s).
Weather Cancellation/Missed Classes Policy
When classes are outdoors there is one day built in for a make-up class if classes are cancelled due to rain or high winds. If more than one class is cancelled due to weather, HCCTA will offer other options to make-up the additional cancelled classes. No refunds are provided if you are unable to attend the options offered. If you or your child misses a class for any other reason there are no make-up classes or refunds.
