Certification Reinstatement Request

Please fill out this form to request reinstatement. Once we receive your request, and investigate your prior membership details, we will consider your situation and, if appropriate, recommend a reinstatement plan. Each reinstatement situation is unique and reinstatement is not guaranteed.

Individuals wishing to simply re-join PSIA-AASI, without regaining their certification credentials, may do so as a Registered Member, or as an Alumni member (if you were previously a certified member for six (6) or more years). Members also have the option of repeating the certification process if they would like another way to become an active certified member.

Reinstatement is a process that may occur at any time during the year and is standardized for all disciplines. The reinstatement process begins when the current season's membership dues and the reinstatement fees are paid and is considered complete when CEU requirements are fulfilled, and the member earns Active status. If CEUs are current at the time of reinstatement, the reinstatement process is complete when the current season's membership dues and the reinstatement fees are paid.

* NOTE:  The reinstatement isn’t considered complete until all education requirements are met. During the reinstatement process your membership card will show "Certified Inactive" status until the reinstatement process is complete, at which time it will change to "Certified Active".  There are NO Refunds for membership reinstatements.
