Eastern Region Dev Team Application

Thank you for your interest in the Eastern Region Development Teams! The purpose of the Development (Dev) Team is to provide a pathway for Level III instructors to train to become Education Staff. Dev Team members are in a training role and will not be assigned to work events. Development Team members are supervised, coordinated, and receive training provided/coordinated by their respective Dev Team coach. It is possible for highly skilled and experienced instructors to be on the Dev Team for an extremely brief period of time before they are elevated, however most take advantage of the full four year term. The team is simply the standard gateway through which all people join, or rejoin, our staff. Please submit required documents prior to February 21, 2025 at 11:30pm.
