In order to maintain our exclusivity at the Royal Lancaster Hotel and prevent unsold rooms, priority will be given to those booking both the nights of Wednesday 2^nd and Thursday 3^rd March.

Delegates booking one night only (Wednesday 2^nd March or Thursday 3^rd March) will not be confirmed until Tuesday 22^nd February 2022, subject to availability.

Please note that if you do book Wednesday 2^nd and Thursday 3^rd March, but you then cancel either night, you will still be charged for the cancelled night.

Terms and Conditions

ILMC 34 HOTEL BOOKING FORM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In order to maintain our exclusivity at the Royal Lancaster London and prevent unsold rooms on the Thursday night, priority will be given to those booking both Wednesday, 2^nd AND Thursday 3^rd March. Delegates booking one night only (Wednesday or Thursday) will not be confirmed until Tuesday the 22^nd February, subject to availability.

Please note that if you book Wednesday and Thursday, and cancel either night, at any point, you will incur a charge for this night unless the room is resold.

The cancellation policy for all reservations is 7 days prior to arrival date when cancelling the entire reservation, with the exception of pre-paid bookings.

In the case of no shows, guaranteed reservations are held for one night only and not for the entire stay. Should your plans change please notify us as soon as possible in writing. All no shows will be charged as per the cancellation policy.

Once your completed form is received by the Tour Company, we will process your reservation and send confirmation within 24 hours (Monday - Friday). If you do not receive confirmation or acknowledgement of receipt, then it is likely we have not received your completed form. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have filled out the form correctly and received the “Your booking has been emailed and is being processed” message.

You must either provide a credit card to guarantee the reservation or provide a bank transfer. The bank transfer must arrive at least 14 working days prior to arrival, should you not comply with this requirement, your reservation may be cancelled without notice. If guaranteeing your reservation by credit card then payment is due to the hotel on check out.

In order to benefit from the negotiated rates you must be an ILMC delegate or be attending the ILMC production meeting. If you are not registered for either, your reservation may be cancelled without notice.

Check-in time is “officially” 15.00hrs, if you are arriving before that time we will do all possible to accommodate your request however, there is no guarantee. Check-out time is 12.00hrs, any check-out after that will be at the hotel’s discretion and will of course depend on availability. Charges may apply for early check-in and/or late checkout.

Rates quoted are room only excluding VAT, breakfast and incidentals. UK VAT is currently charged at 12.5% as of Nov 2021.

Breakfast is charged at £25.00 per person per day, if pre-booked. If booked after arrival at the hotel, a price of £29.00 per person, per day, will be charged.

Internet access within the hotel is complimentary for all ILMC delegates during the conference.

FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE HOTEL PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.
