Please Do Not Enroll if you are not able to Complete your Onboarding WITHIN 48 HOURS. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete the online onboarding form. If it’s going to take you longer than 48 hours, please do not sign up for our services.
You are REQUIRED to keep MONTHLY Credit Monitoring for us to review, analyze, and assess the status of your credit in an effort to conduct our monthly services. We need to see all three (3) of your credit reports and scores every 30 days, in order to provide updates to you regarding any changes, such as deletions or updates that may have occurred. It is impossible for us to provide our services if you do not maintain the credit monitoring service.
Credit monitoring services are a separate fee from the credit repair services provided through Credit Phoenix Financial Services Group, LLC dba My Credit Phoenix. If you are unwilling to obtain and maintain an active credit monitoring service or if you cannot afford to pay $29.95 monthly for credit monitoring, please do not sign up for our services. If you downgrade your credit monitoring during our program, we will cancel your account with us. The 3-Bureau Credit Monitoring service that you sign up with is the one that must be maintained until you cancel services and/or reach your credit goals within our program. Again, if you cannot afford to pay $29.95 a month for the recommended credit monitoring service, simply do not sign up.
- Do not sign up for our services if you are currently behind on paying your bills. We do not want our services to become an additional burden for you. Old accounts are not an issue; however, if you are behind on your current accounts, please do not sign up.
- Do not enroll if you have a current "Active Bankruptcy" as we will not be able to help. If you have a Bankruptcy that has been dismissed or discharged, that is OK.
- When entering your information, please double-check to ensure ALL of your information has been entered correctly before pressing submit.
