Congratulations on your accepted offer!

VIOLATIONS:  The MLS requires YOU, the seller to keep the status of your listing updated. You have 48 hours from the day your transaction closes to report the sold OR Cancelled status to Listed Simply/the MLS. Failure to report the status change within 48 hours results in an immediate fine of $250. I, the seller agree to pay Listed Simply for any fines incurred by the MLS.  I give Listed Simply permission to charge me $250 if I do not report the pending, cancellation of escrow or sold status change within 48 hours. 
 
 
Before we can update the MLS status to pending, the MLS requires some information. By listing on the MLS platform used by Realtors, you are agreeing to the MLS rules and regulations set forth by the MLS association of Realtors. If requested by the MLS, documentation must be presented to MLS within two days. Here is what we need:
