Board of Directors Nomination

Thank you for your interest in serving as a member of the AVAHO Board of Directors.
 
Board membership begins in September of each year. General Member terms are 2 years and are renewable once. Meetings are held online monthly, and board members are expected to a minimum of two annual retreats as well as the Annual Meeting. Following are a few questions to help our nominations committee propose a slate of candidates to our membership in a fair and comprehensive manner.
 
You may nominate yourself or someone else; however, the nominee must fill out this form. If you are nominating someone else, please send their name and email address to execdirector@avaho.org.
