Volunteer Area Descriptions
 
VIP Area - assist Hospitality staff with maintaining VIP area and sponsor deliverables.

Event Volunteer - assist Event Ops staff with day-of responsibilities

Credential Volunteer - assist Credentials staff with creation and distribution of event credentials for staff, participants, and vendors.

Media Volunteer - assist Media staff with day-of media responsibilities

Competition Volunteer - assist Competition staff with day-of responsibilities

Staff Tent - assist Volunteer Manager with keeping the staff tent organized and stocked throughout the week

Nitro Rallycross, Thrill One Entertainment, USAC and the participating venue reserve the exclusive right to revoke staff/volunteeer access/employment at any time, for any reason. Staff/volunteers automatically agree to all NRX and venue rules and regulations.  Staff/volunteers accept all risk associated with this event and agree to release Nitro Rallycross, Thrill One Entertainment, USAC and the participating venue and their affiliated companies from all responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to property or person. 
  • NRX strongly encourages vaccination for all able participants
  • Participants should regularly review and adhere to CDC guidance https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nCoV/index.html
  • Participants should not travel to an NRX event if they are not feeling well
  • Per CDC guidance – “All travelers are required to wear a mask on all planes, buses, trains, and other forms of public transportation traveling into, within, or out of the United States and in U.S. transportation hubs such as airports and stations. This also applies to enclosed venue or hotel shuttles. 
  • There will be no temperature or health screenings at NRX events (subject to change) and participants should continue to self-monitor. 
  • Face coverings 
    • Are not required by any participants while outdoors
    • Are required for unvaccinated participants while indoors
    • Are recommended for vaccinated participants (required for unvaccinated) while in public indoor and/or high-risk areas with people of unknown vaccination status (ie. Media center, restaurants, hotel lobbies, etc.)
    • All face covering requirements are subject to change
