To reserve a room at the hotel, and any general question  about hotel registration and booking please call Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at (609) 449-6860.  When reserving your room, provide the conference code GEOF420 to recieve the EOFPANJ Conference rate of ($69.00 room rate/per night + taxes and fees).  This rate is valid until all blocked rooms are reserved.  If booking with a credit card, The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino wil charge your credit card for one night's stay.  Important: The last day to reserve and book a room is Monday, March 16th, 2020.  If you reserve/book your room after this date, there is  no guarantee you will receive the EOFPANJ conference price of $69.00 room rate/per night + taxes and fees.

Parking - $5.00 for self-parking and $20.00 for valet.  This is a one time, per car fee as long as registratnts remember to ask for a receipt from the parking attendant at time of arrival.  Once receipt is attained, registrant can reference receipt in order to travel to and from hotel site during duration of conference.  Self-parking is clearly marked and it is located on Virginia ave.

To register and reserve your seat for the EOFPANJ, Inc. 45th Spring Conference, please fill out the information below. *Multiple registrations are now permissible make sure to follow instructions below. To lock in your registration rate, you must remit payment within four weeks of registration submisson, except late registrants.  Late registrants must remit payment at time of registration.

The New Jersey Office of the Secretary of Higher Education (NJ OSHE)/EOF Central will sponsor three (3) NJ EOF and NJ GEAR UP staff members from each program. Please indicate your OSHE sponsored staff members here. These individuals will be submitted to OSHE for payment and will not be included on your payment invoice.

Transfer, Refund and Cancellation Information

Tranferring:  You are able to transfer your paid confernece registration (one or multiple dates and award ceremony) to another registrant up to the start date of the expected start date of attendance (anytime between Tuesday, April 14th - Friday, April 17th, 2020).  In order to transfer your registration, please email with the name of the registrant(s) and institution/school in which you would like to transfer from and to.
Conference Registration:  After purchasing your registration (for one or multiple dates and/or award ceremony), a full refund is available until 5pm, Monday, March 16th. A 50% refund is avaialble until Tuesday, March 31st.  In order to receive a full or 50% refund, you must email and explain why you are requesting a refund.  Please ensure you indicate the name of the registrant(s) and institution/school in which you would like the refund for.  Any request made after the highligted deadlines unfortunatley will not be honored.
Hotel Reservation/Booking: All paid reservations are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy, unless otherwise noted, and will result in forfeiture of first night’s room and tax. Complimentary reservations will be cancelled by 9:00 pm on the day of check-in and are subject to a $50 “no-show” fee. *All package reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date.  Please call Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at (609) 449-6860 or visit their website by clicking here for any questions, comments, and or concerns. Please note hotel reservation/booking is separate from conference registration and you must work directly with the hotel staff for any and all inquires.
