You represent that you are at least 18 years old and/or that you are legally authorized to accept these Terms and Conditions and to enter into this Agreement. Your Agreement with Data Activation Center begins when you accept these Terms and Conditions by paying for or activating service. Use of data subscription is limited to Machine To Machine (M2M) connections. If you have selected a monthly subscription, you agree to have the total monthly amount automatically debited on the credit card provided above. Total due is before Internet Tax, Bill Cycle Proration and One-Time Activation Fee. New accounts will be charged a one-time activation of $20 at the account level, not per line of service. Auto debits occur 5 days after delivery of the invoice. A complete list of Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy is available on our website.
