You can manage this by logging into your Verizon Wireless MyBusiness account or by calling us and we'll initiate a 3-way call into the carrier.
 
 
 
Preparation
 
- Only an authorized person listed on your account can request the AOL/Transfer of Service.
- Know your billing account password or last 4 numbers of your SS/Fed ID.
- Know which wireless numbers you are relinquishing to us.
  Note - we only assume machine-to-machine modems (no phones).  You are responsible for all
  charges until we assume responsibility.

Best Experience for Consumer Liable accounts - allow 5-10 minutes to the steps below.
1) 3-way call to Verizon Wireless AOL TEAM
     a. First, call us at 317.644.1286 and we will conference in a VZW representative.
     b. We will lead the call.  Prepare to provide the wireless numbers you are relinquishing to us.
     c. Prepare to answer account security questions (you must be an authorized signer).

2) Log into your Verizon Wireless BUSINESS account   (not available on Consumer accounts)
  • Select Manage Account
  • Select the Wireless Number to relinquish. (You may select multiple numbers for a bulk transfer.)
  • From the ACTIONS drop-down, select “Change Billing Responsibility”
  • Enter the Name of New Customer = HydroTech Solutions (This is us!)
  • Enter the Email of New Customer = kelly@dataactivationcenter.com (This is us!)
