Colorado Board of Health Rule 6 CCR 1009-7 Stakeholder Feedback Form

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment solicits stakeholder participation and input regarding all new rules and potential rule changes.

The Department is proposing several changes to rule 6 CCR 1009-7, Detection, Monitoring, and Investigation of Environmental and Chronic Diseases.

If you have any suggestions, concerns or questions about these proposed changes, please provide your feedback below. We will incorporate feedback received, as appropriate. Feedback must be limited to the proposed changes.

There will be additional opportunity to publicly comment on the proposed changes through the formal Board of Health rule-making process. The Request for Rule-making hearing is scheduled for September 20, 2017, and the Rule-making hearing is scheduled for November 15, 2017.
