Facility Rules

  1. No Lifeguard will be on duty. All persons using the facilities do so at their own risk. Owners and managers will not be responsible for accidents or injuries.

  2. Only Association Homeowners in good standing may use the recreational facilities. Doors and gates shall be kept locked at all times.

  3. Members must be 13 years of age or older in order to use the facilities alone. All members under the age of 13 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  4. Guests are permitted if accompanied by member of the Association in good standing. Children and youths guests must be invited by an adult 18 years or older, and the adult shall assume responsibility of their guests.

  5. Pool hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm Monday through Sunday, Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Quiet hours are from 8 am – 10 am and 8 pm – 10 pm.

  6. The community center and gym is open from 5 am to 10 pm. The meeting rooms are available for private reservations.

  7. There is to be no overnight parking at any facilities.

  8. One (1) key will be activated per household, and lost keys may be replaced for a fee of $25.00.

  9. All users must shower before entering pool.

  10. Members are responsible for reporting any damage to the facilities, and all costs will be billed to the responsible parties.

  11. NO RUNNING, JUMPING, DIVING, ROUGHOUSING, or similar at the facilities.

  12. No inappropriate behavior – yelling or other loudness. There is “Zero Tolerance” for foul or abusive language or behavior, including touching.

  13. Use of pool toys, balls and floatation devices must be used with consideration for others using the pool. Inner tubes and oversized floatation devices are not permitted. Any left items will be thrown away.

  14. No bikes, skate boards, skates, roller blades, scooters or similar are permitted on the premises

  15. No glass or glass containers are permitted, plastic containers only.

  16. To prevent disturbance to others, only radios and/or recorders with headphones are allowed.

  17. No food in pool area.

  18. No smoking/tobacco or pets allowed at any facilities.

  19. Children in diapers must wear reusable swim diapers or plastic pants with elasticized legs and waistband. If your child is the cause of a fecal accident and was not wearing the appropriate swim diaper, you will be held accountable for cleanup costs, approximately $250.00.

  20. No cut-offs or street clothes, bathing suits only.

  21. Do not use the pool if you are sick. If you have had diarrhea in the past two weeks, please do not use the pool, as recommended by the CDC.

  22. All refuse must be placed in appropriate trash containers. Please leave tables and chairs in clean condition.

  23. Events, meetings, or swimming lessons for profit of an individual or organization are not permitted.

  24. Any resident has the authority to expel irresponsible pool users.

I have read the rules and regulations pertaining to the Paramount facilities, as found in the Paramount Handbook, as well as the rules noted above, and agree to abide by them. Should I or a member of my family, or guests fail to abide by these rules, it will result in the inactivation of your key card.
