1. Use of the pool at any time is at the swimmer's own risk. No Lifeguard will be on duty. Owners and Managers will not be responsible for accidents or injuries.

2. Swimming is permitted only during designated hours. Hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm daily approximately Memorial Day through Labor Day.

3. Children fourteen (14) years of age and under must be always accompanied and supervised by an adult. Same for children who cannot swim. Also, no one should swim alone.

4. Guests are permitted with a Member of the Association. Children and youth guests must be invited by an adult, and the homeowner must supervise and assume responsibility for all their guests.

5. Children in diapers must wear reusable swim diapers or plastic pants with elasticized legs and waistband. If your child is the cause of a fecal accident and was not wearing the appropriate swim diaper, you will be held accountable for cleanup costs of approximately $250.

6. Showers are required before entering the pool.

7. No cut-offs or street clothes. All swimmers must wear bona fide swimming attire.

8. Animals, bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, and play balls of any type are not permitted within the pool area.

9. NO DIVING, RUNNING, PUSHING, SHOVING or ROUGH HOUSING in or around the pool area.

10. No abusive or foul language or displays of inappropriate affection.

11. No food or drinks in the pool. Please keep these away from the water’s edge.

12. No smoking or alcohol is permitted in the pool area.

13. Bottles, glass objects, drinking glasses and sharp objects are not permitted in the pool area.

14. All refuse must be placed in appropriate trash containers.

15. Please leave the deck and furniture in a clean condition and use a towel when using suntan oils and lotions.

16. Use of pool toys or games and personal floatation devices must be used with consideration for others using the pool. Inner tubes and oversized floatation devices are not permitted. Any items left will be thrown away.

17. Doors and gates must be kept locked at all times. Do not open the gates for people without a working key.

18. Pool keys will not be provided to non-members or duplicated. Only 1 key per household will be issued. Should you lose your key there is a $25.00 replacement fee.

19. Any damage to the pool, equipment or fixtures will be paid for by the responsible party.

20. To prevent disturbance to others, radios and other electronic devices are permitted only when played with headphones and at a sound level not offensive to other members and guests.

21. Only Association Members in good standing may use the recreation facilities.

22. Events, meetings, or swimming lessons for the profit of an individual or organization are not permitted.

23. Do not use the pool if you are sick or have open sores. If you have or have had diarrhea in the past two weeks, please do not use the pool, as recommended by the CDC.

24. Any resident has the authority to expel irresponsible pool users!

I have read the above rules and regulations pertaining to the Pinnacle pool and agree to abide by them. I understand that should I or a member of my family, or guests fail to abide by these rules, it will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and can result in the inactivation of my pool key.
