Use of the pool at any time is at the swimmer's own risk. No Lifeguard will be on duty. Owners and Managers will not be responsible for accidents or injuries.

Swimming is permitted only during designated hours. Hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm Monday through Sunday Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

Children under thirteen (13) years of age must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Same for children who cannot swim. Also, no one should swim alone.

Guests are permitted with a Member of the Association. Children and youths guests must be invited by an adult, and the homeowner must supervise and assume responsibility of all their guests.

Children in diapers must wear reusable swim diapers or plastic pants with elasticized legs and waistband. If your child is the cause of a fecal accident and was not wearing the appropriate swim diaper, you will be held accountable for cleanup costs, approximately $250.

No cut-offs or street clothes. All swimmers must wear bona fide swimming attire.

Animals, bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, and play balls of any type are not permitted in the pool area.

NO DIVING, RUNNING, PUSHING, SHOVING or ROUGH HOUSING in or around pool area.

No abusive or foul language or displays of inappropriate affection.

No food or drinks in the pool. Please keep these away from the water's edge.

No smoking or alcohol is permitted.

Bottles, glass objects, drinking glasses and sharp objects are not permitted in the pool area.

All refuse must be placed in appropriate trash containers. Please leave all furniture and the deck in a clean condition.

Use of pool toys, balls and floatation devices must be used with consideration for others using the pool. Inner tubes and oversized floatation devices are not permitted. Any items left will be thrown away.

Playing activities at the pool are permitted only if not intrusive to other guests.

All persons using pool furniture are required to cover the furniture with a towel when using suntan oils and lotions.

Doors and gates must be kept locked at all times.Do not open the gates for people without a working key.

Pool keys will not be provided to non-members or duplicated.

Any damage to the pool, equipment or fixtures will be paid for by the responsible party.

To prevent disturbance to others, radios and other electronic devices are permitted only when played with headphones and at a sound level not offensive to other members and guests.

Only Association Homeowners in good standing may use their creation facilities.

Do not use pool with open sores. Showers are required before entering the pool.

Only 1 key per household will be issued. Should you lose your key there is a $25.00 replacement fee.

Events, meetings, or swimming lessons for profit of an individual ororganization are not permitted.

Do not use the pool if you are sick. If you have or have had diarrhea in the past two weeks, please do not use the pool, as recommended by the CDC.

Any resident has the authority to expel irresponsible pool users!
