A couple of things you should know before you begin...

-We do require that this form be completed at least 30 days prior to the event.

-As much as we'd love to, we aren't able to sponsor every event.

-We do not sponsor individual riders.

-We only sponsor Equestrian events.

-We only sponsor events held within Canada.
