Shipping
When will my order ship?
For all orders placed Monday - Friday before 12 pm Central Time the processing time starts on the same day. All orders placed after the cut off time will start on the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
- Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 2-3 extra days for order processing in addition to 3-7 days.
Canceled Orders
- Orders cannot be modified/canceled once the order has been processed
- Orders process within 24-48 business hours
- if you accidentally ordered the wrong item please email gs@gscustommade.com immediately and we will do our best to correct this.
- A 5% fee will be charged when orders are canceled
Taxes and Custom charges
- We do NOT ship International
Tracking an order
- You will receive the Order Tracking number via email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
G'S Custom Made Policy
- G'S Custom Made will provide you with a return label. There is a charge of $6.95 for the use of this label, which will be deducted from any credit due on your return or, in the event of an exchange, we will charge your credit card $6.95 for the label
- We offer store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order
- Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached
- We request that all goods are returned within 7 days of the date you receive your return authorization number from us.
- The store credit coupon will be issued for the amount of the piece(s) returned excluding the original shipping cost
- Please note, any return item received by us outside of the 7-day return policy will not be accepted. Once received at G'S Custom Made outside of this 7-day window, the returned item will be automatically shipped back to you and an additional $6.95 will be charged to your credit card.
HOW DO I RETURN?
- Simply email gs@gscustommade.com and we will allocate a Returns Authorization (RA) and provide you with the full address (our warehouse is based in Colleyville Texas)
- We recommend using a tracked method for safe delivery. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange or return
Exchanges & Store Credit
- With the tracking number of your return parcel or Without a tracking number provided for your return, we will release the credit after we receive the product.
WHAT IF THERE IS A FAULT?
- In the unlikely case that you receive a faulty item, please email us at gs@gscustommade.com
- We will personally assist you to quickly resolve the issue (Replace with no shipping charge or issue Full Refund less shipping charges)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- We do not offer refunds unless the item you received is deemed faulty by G'S Custom Made
- Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns that do not meet these requirements.
