The Cal South Recreational Achievement Award is given out to a Cal South associate member or affiliate member which has shown great dedication and innovation over the past year in developing stronger recreational soccer opportunities to the community. Criteria by which candidates for the Cal South Recreational Achievement Award may be judged are:
-Candidates must be active Cal South members and be in good standing
-League focus on development programs for players and coaches
-Innovative programs for coaches, referees and/or volunteers
-Recreation-based soccer program offerings for all ages (youth and/or adult)
-Recreation programs for all skill levels (recreation, Signature, TOPSoccer, etc.)
-Support for rec inter-league competitions (Commissioners Cup, State Cup, rec tournaments, etc.)
