Thank you for taking the time to complete the new, online Parents' Association Volunteer Response Form. For many reasons, we have all chosen Oak Knoll for our children. Oak Knoll is a special place because of the families that make up our community. The Oak Knoll Parents' Association provides parents with opportunities to get involved with the school. Whether you have a lot of time to give or just a few hours, we hope that you will enjoy the chance to participate in some manner. Volunteering at Oak Knoll is a wonderful way to remain connected to the school community.

Class Parent Team - Class coordinators liaise with teachers and lead the parent team in organizing class activities throughout the year. Class parents facilitate classroom parties and events, and solicit parent involvement. Fundraising

Grand Prix - Oak Knoll has hosted its Grand Prix fundraiser for more than 30 years. Held in the spring, the Grand Prix is a fundraising and social event for the school. Hosted off campus, the evening can include a dinner dance along with a silent auction, a live auction, and a 50-50 cash raffle. Help is needed with event planning, solicitations, class gifts, raffle mailings, reservations, set-up, ad journal, registration, cash-out, program, technology, and decorations.

Fashion Show - Created in 2006 as an evening event appealing to the mothers of both the Lower and Upper Schools, the Fashion Show celebrates the outstanding qualities of our students by allowing our seniors to be spotlighted as both models and event volunteers. Held in November, the evening is attended by current and past mothers, trustees, alumnae, faculty, and friends of the school. Help is needed with event planning, auction solicitations, grand raffle, mailings, reservations, set-up, registration, cash-out, program, technology, and decorations.

Royal Boutique - The Royal Boutique is a three-day shopping event held at the school in mid-November. Vendors set up shop in Tisdall Hall for the local and school communities. Help is needed with event planning, vendor selection, publicity, set-up, food (Royal Bakery and Royal Cafe), finance, and clean-up.

Spirit Walk - Organize and join the Lower School community as they walk to raise funds for the school. The Spirit Walk is held after lunch in mid-May at Memorial Field in Summit.
