Troop 890 Fundraiser

Scouts are required to enter orders for both new and existing customers on this form. As in the past, a new customer should have every box completed prior to submitting the order. Please be sure to enter all information for every customer, including their delivery address (even for previous customers). Also, be sure to enter your scout ID, scout last name, Customer Account #, Customer First and Last Name, Customer address information, quantity purchased, and delivery location.

Make sure the information entered is accurate or you won't get credit for the sale in your scout account.
