DOG KENNELS HOURS : MONDAY/FRIDAY 7.15am/10am & 4PM-6.30 pm  &  SATURDAY/SUNDAY/BANK HOLIDAYS  4PM-5:30pm .

CATTERY HOURS : MONDAY-SATURDAY 8AM-10AM & 4PM-6:30PM & SUNDAY/BANK HOILDAY 4PM-5.30PM

 OWNER'S DECLARATION

1. THE BOARDING FEE PAID IN FULL WHEN BOOKING IN. PAYMENT LINK WILL BE TEXT TO YOU THAN.  PAY IN FULL & BOOKING IS  SECURED. REFUNDABLE UP TO 2 WEEK PRIOR TO START OF BOOKING DATE.

2. FOOD BEDDING IS NOT SUPPLIED.DOGS ARE EXERCISED FREELY IN FIELDS,PLAYING AROUND WITH OTHER DOGS.IF YOU REQUIRE YOUR DOG NOT TO BE MIXED PLEASE STATE ON FORM.

3. THERE IS NO REFUND OR CREDIT FOR EARLY HOLIDAY RETURNS. ALL BOARDING RATES ARE CHARGED ON A CALENDER DAY BASIS AND THE FULL PERIOD BOOKED WILL BE CHARGED.

4. AN ANIMAL IS ACCEPTED FOR BOARDING BY THE PROPRIETOR ON THE CONDITION THAT IT IS NOT SUFFERING FROM ANY INFECTIOUS CONDITION/INFECTIONS AND THAT PROOF IS PRODUCED AT THE TIME YOU PET IS DROPPED OFF, THAT ALL ITS INOCULATIONS ARE UP TO DATE FOR EITHER CAT OR DOG OR BOTH.

5. DOGS/CATS MUST HAVE ALL THERE VACATIONS UP TO DATE WITH VET CARD AS PROOF. DOGS MUST HAVE KENNEL COUGH VACCINE 2 WEEK PRIOR TO BOARDING. KENNEL COUGH IS AIRBORN SO IT CAN BE PICKED UP ANYWHERE, THE KENNEL COUGHSHOT IS A PROTECTION AGAINST IT, BUT NOT GURANTEED TO STOP THEM FROM GETTING IT. DOGS/CATS MUST BE FREE FROM FLEAS AND PARASITES. ANY SORES, LESION, LOSS OF HAIR OR BALD AREAS WILL REQUIRE A COVERING LETTER FROM YOUR VET TO SEE IF WE CAN BOARD THE ANIMAL.THIS HAS TO BE PRODUCE 1 WEEKS BEFORE YOU COME IN FOR YOUR HOLIDAYS. ALL DOGS AFTER 15 MONTHS MUST BE NEUTEREDText copy of vaccinations card 6 days before arrival.

6. THE EXPENSES FOR ANY VETERINARY ATTENTION THAT MAY BE CONSIDERED NECESSARY DURING THE ANIMALS STAY, SHALL BE REIMBURSED TO THE PROPRIETOR BY THE OWNER OF THE ANIMAL ON THE DATE AGREED FOR COLLECTION.

7. ALL REASONABLE STEPS WILL BE TAKEN TO ENSURE THE SAFETY AND WELLBEING OF YOUR PET DURING ITS STAY, HOWEVER NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND FOR ANY ACCIDENT OR MISADVENTURE THAT MAY BEFALL YOUR ANIMAL SHALL BE HELD TO ATTACH TO THE PROPRIETOR, OWNERS OR OCCUPIERS OF THESE PREMISES.

8. PLEASE STATE THE HISTORY OF THE DOG/CAT. PLEASE INFORM WOOFY'S/SNUGGLES OF YOUR PET'S DISPOSITION/INJURIES. IF YOUR PET IS A POUND/RESCUE ANIMAL PLEASE INFORM WOOFY'S/SNUGGLES OF THAT FACT.

9. IT IS THE POLICY OF WOOFY'S/SNUGGLES TO KENNEL EACH DOG/CAT SEPARATELY, SHOULD A CLIENT REQUIRE TWO OR MORE DOG/CATS TO BE KENNELED TOGETHER WOOFY'S/SNUGGLES WILL ACCOMODATE ACCORDINGLY, BUT WOOFY'S/SNUGGLES ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILTY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED TO/BY THE ANIMAL. THE OWNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT 24HR NOTICE IS TO BE GIVEN IF PICKING UP YOUR PET EARLY TO ENSURE THAT DEPARTURE PROCEDURES CAN BE COMPLETED.

10. IT IS THE POLICY OF WOOFY'S/SNUGGLES TO ONLY RETURN THE DOG/CAT TO THE OWNER WHO DROPPED OFF THEIR PET. IF FOR SOME REASON THE OWNER CANNOT COLLECT THEIR PET AND INTENDS TO SEND SOMEBODY ELSE TO DO SO, WOOFY'S/SNUGGLES REQUIRE CONFIRMATION FROM THE OWNER EITHER BY TEXT OR EMAIL THAT THEY HAVE AUTHORISED A NAMED PERSON TO COLLECT EITHER THIER DOG/CAT. IN THE ABSENCE OF SUCH CONFIRMATION, WOORFY'S/SNUGGLES CAN ONLY RETURN TH DOG/CAT TO THE OWNER.
