TERMS & AGRREEMENT:
I certify that I am at least 32 years of age and am possessed of full legal capacity to execute this authorization. I hereby give Thunder on the Rock, LLC, its  successors and assigns, and those acting under its permission or upon its authority the complete and unrestricted ownership of and right to [a] use,  publish, print or exploit for any and all commercial purposes the Photographs submitted in conjunction with this application, and [b] to use my name, and editorial text along with such Photographs, which text is in the sole discretion of Thunder on the Rock, LLC. I further agree that if I am selected as a winner of the contest, I will appear at all Thunder on the Rock, LLC promotional events, as well as the rally event on May 28, 29, & 30, 2010, and authorization will extend to photos/videos created from these events.
