ISP Write up attached and Supervisor signatures, as well as employee signature, citing the violated policy and reason for termination. Fax over.
Have a meeting with the employee explaining the exact write up and allegations. Allow them to provide any additional texture. Document all information. Present the write up and have the employee sign, and provide a copy to them.
E-mail, scan or fax over any additional write ups generated in the past on this employee.
Let the employee know that he/she is suspended and needs to contact the main office before they report back to work. The Employee cannot work until the case has been finalized.
